These are products I myself use. They have helped restore and improve my health and I heartily recommend them. I'll add to this list from time to time.
Extra virgin, cold-pressed, organic coconut oil. I use liberally on my skin as a moisturizer and also on my hair to keep it silky and shiny. It is very effective against eczema and dermatitis. It is also my oil of choice for high-heat cooking (frying). The naturally-occuring anti-oxidants in the oil keep it shelf-stable at room temperature like, forever. It is also delicious eating and I felt it kept my skin smooth and supple from the inside out.
Dr Bronner's Organic Hemp-Peppermint Liquid Soap. I've used this for over 10 years. I started using it to help with my extremely sensitive skin. It contains no preservatives or chemicals that irritate the skin - no sodium laureth sulphate, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, chemical fragrances etc. I love the natural peppermint fragrance from the pure essential oils (hemp and peppermint) added to the soap.
If your skin is very sensitive, you could also consider using California Baby Super Sensitive Shampoo and Body Wash. It is expensive, but very good - better than Dr Bronner's, if that's even possible :)
